Concorde Blinds, also known as the Concorde Blinds and Curtain Company or Concorde Blinds Direct Limited are one of the UK’s top blinds suppliers, and their main warehouse is based in Bedford in the Midlands. They came to us with a website that was very basic and ultimately wasn’t converting at its top potential, with a poor user journey that wasn’t driving customers to the contact page.

The lack of trust messages affected conversions, and the minimal navigation made it tricky to find the product you needed (let alone get in touch), so we focussed on these areas in particular with the responsive site rebuild.

The new site design revolved around putting their beautiful product at the forefront, whilst ensuring that at any point customers would be steered towards the contact page. The navigation was also key, so we categorised the site structure in the optimal way possible for both ease of use and best search optimisation.

Since their new website build, we have been working with Concorde on their SEO campaign, working to continually improve the site’s performance and rankings, and since June 2016 have increased their rankings by 280+ places. This is also just for tracked keywords, and we have increased their overall search visibility too, so they are now ranking top for a number of other key phrases.

To match these improved rankings, conversions are now at an all time high, hitting 458 conversions in the month of July 2017.
