By signing up to one of our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) you get the peace of mind of a dedicated response time to resolve any unexpected issues or changes needed on your website, without the unexpected expense too.

By paying a monthly retainer, you can guarantee that we can jump on any website actions that you need us to, as a priority. If you don’t use all the hours you pay for each month, then they can be rolled over and banked for a maximum of one more month.

Whilst we don’t expect all of our clients to take out our Service Level Agreement we do highly recommend doing so. FAQs

You will have an appointed contact for you to liaise with on website requirements as and when needed. This person will be responsible for carrying out the updates/development work as required, and maintaining communications with you so that you can understand what has been completed, and suggestions for what to complete moving forward. We will also monitor the number of hours used and how many can be rolled over to the following month if available.

A response time is simply the amount of time that your dedicated contact at Bright Design will take as a maximum to acknowledge the issue, and start putting actions into place to either resolve or investigate it. Based on our packages this would be either within 6, 12, or 24 hours. However, it is important to note that not all issues will be completed within this response time, if the investigation finds a more complex issue to sort, but rest assured we will be on the case.
